No matter how many years go by, Jennifer Lopez just seems to defy aging. While we can chalk her youthfulness up to her clean diet and consistent workouts, J. Lo recently shared another secret to how she makes 48 look 28. Wanna know what it is?

Although she belts her catchy tunes and pairs some serious dance moves along with them for over two hours during her “All I Have” Vegas performances, Lopez has another trick up her sleeve when it comes to staying in amazing shape. She recently shared her number one workout tip in an interview in Paper Magazine’s Las Vegas issue (which she just happens to be on the cover of).

When asked if the superstar has to supplement those rigorous dance moves with any other workouts, Jen responded, “No, I do. I work out in the morning. It just loosens up my body, gets me ready, keeps me strong.” In fact, Jennifer’s onto something. Researchers at Brigham Young University found that women who exercised for 45 minutes in the morning ate less and were more physically active for the rest of the day! And that’s not all. “You know, injuries come when the muscles get weak or you over-work them. So you have to keep them strong, too,” Lopez added.
