Colette Heimowitz, VP of nutrition and education at Atkins Nutritionals, says that Kim includes protein in each of her meal and snacks to help keep her stay full.

Why It's Smart: Those who stagger their protein consumption lost more weight and were more apt to maintain their new, fit figures than those who skimped on protein at certain meals, according to recent research.
