Between running a fashion company, authoring a best selling book, heading up a lifestyle blog and spending time with her new hubby, Lauren Conrad has a lot on her plate.

But the one thing she never lets fall by the wayside is her health. While super restrictive diets aren’t her thing (she didn’t even cut calories before her 2014 nuptials), she maintains a healthy diet and active lifestyle to stay bikini-ready year round. And to help her fans jumpstart their weight loss and get into a similar healthy mindset, the Cali-native launched The 7 Days to Skinny Jeans Reboot Plan. The plan is sensible and practical–which we love–and comes with a ton of simple, healthy recipes that fit into her busy lifestyle. Below, we reveal our own recipes—inspired by an Instagram of her favorite slimming breakfasts—so you can make L.C’s delicious, slimming a.m. meals at home in just minutes:

Spicy Eggs on Avocado Toast

Besides tasting beyond delicious, avocados can also help lower blood pressure, banish bloat, quell hunger pangs and fry stubborn belly fat. We can’t think of a better reason to kick the day off with the mighty fruit.

Nutrition: 246 calories, 14.7g fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, sodium 145 mg, 19 g carbs, 6.4 g fiber, 0.6 g sugar, 10.5 g protein

Ingredients:

1 slice Whole Grain Ezekiel bread, toasted
¼ avocado, mashed
1 egg, cooked sunny side up
Red pepper flakes to taste

To Assemble:

Step One: Spread mashed avocado on the toast.
Step Two: Sprinkle on red pepper, to taste.
Step Three: Top with the egg.

Peanut Butter & Strawberry Toast

This mighty and delicious meal provides a solid hit of belly-filly fiber along with 25 percent of the day’s vitamin A and nearly half the day’s vitamin C.

Nutrition: 315 calories, 16 g fat, 3 g saturated fat, 126 mg sodium 30 g carbs, 7 g fiber, 5 g sugar, 17 g protein

Ingredients:

1 slice Whole Grain Ezekiel bread, toasted
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (we like Smucker’s Natural Chunky Peanut Butter)
4 strawberries, washed and halved

To Assemble:

Step One: Spread the peanut butter on to the toast.
Step Two: Top with strawberries.

Blueberries and Cream on Toast

Trade your sugary cereal in for this less sinful—but just as tasty—sweet treat. Loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants and belly fat-fighting cinnamon, this is one morning meal that is sure to help you stay healthy and trim.

Nutrition: 141 calories, 1.01 g fat, 0.65 g saturated fat, 134 mg sodium, 25.06 g carbs, 4.4 g fiber, 4.33 g sugar, 11.46 g protein

Ingredients:

1 slice Whole Grain Ezekiel bread, toasted
3 tablespoons plain 2% Greek yogurt
12 blueberries
Cinnamon, to taste

To Assemble:

Step One: Spread the Greek yogurt on to the toast.
Step Two: Top with blueberries.
Step Three: Sprinkle on cinnamon, to taste.

Sunny Side Up Spinach and Mushroom Toast

Eggs are one of the best sources of choline, a nutrient that helps turn off the genes responsible for belly-fat storage. Pairing it with fiber-filled veggies and protein-packed toast is a smart move, as it helps ward off hunger pangs all morning long.

Nutrition: 157 calories, 5 g fat, 1.5 g saturated fat, 160 mg sodium, 16.1 g carbs, 3.6 g fiber, 0.9 g sugar, 11. 4 g protein

Ingredients:

1 slice Whole Grain Ezekiel bread, toasted
Handful of spinach
A few slices of mushroom
1 egg, cooked sunny side up
Ground pepper, to taste

To Assemble:

Step One: Place spinach and mushrooms on the toast.
Step Two: Top with the egg.
Step Three: Finish with a sprinkle of fresh pepper.
