It's unclear whether the cost of the burger with increase, but for now, you’re likely getting more meat for your money. Unfortunately, this money-saving meat increase is costing your waistline 30 extra calories.
But if you want to enjoy the bigger burger, there are some easy ways you can save calories to ensure it won’t derail your weight loss efforts: Hold the ketchup to save 20 calories or axe the cheese to cut 100. If you're getting an order of fries with your meal, size down. If you opt for a small over a medium, for example, you'll save 110 calories, which more than makes up for the additional calories in the beefed-up burger. Another option: Create a custom Quarter-Pounder using the Create Your Taste kiosk and opt for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. This will save you nearly 180 calories.
