1⁄4 cup shredded smoked mozzarella
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
Handful of arugula (optional)

How to Make it


step 1

Preheat the broiler. Top the meat loaf slice with the onions and cheese. Place underneath the broiler until the cheese is fully melted, about 2 minutes. Line the bread with the arugula (if using), then place the meat loaf on top.
