This Adored Breakfast Chain Just Debuted New Fall Menu Items
Popular restaurant chains everywhere are beginning to roll out their seasonal menu items, just as temperatures are starting to cool and Halloween decorations are beginning to adorn households across the country. IHOP is one such chain that wasted no time getting its limited-time-only menu items up for fall.
The beloved breakfast chain just introduced three seasonal pancake flavors to the menu: Pumpkin Spice, Milk 'n' Cookies, and Cinn-a-Stack. In addition, IHOP launched a special pancake just for Halloween called Mr. Mummy pancake. Only available through Nov. 1, the single green kids' pancake is drizzled with cream cheese frosting that resembles mummy bandages, a purple icing smile, and eyes made from banana slices and chocolate chips.
Now, here are the pancake stacks that will be on menus everywhere for the next few months. We also provided the nutrition information so you can see just how much calories, fat, and sugar each dish contains.

Believe it or not, this is the healthiest option of the three. The Pumpkin Spice pancakes only contain a dollop of whipped topping—no added fillings or frosting. However, keep in mind this is what the nutrition looks like before they've been drowned in syrup. (Related: The Unhealthiest Pumpkin Spice Lattes—Ranked!)
Aside from pumpkin spice, cinnamon is another clear fall-favorite flavor. However, this stack of pancakes comes with additional ingredients, such as cream cheese icing and a cinnamon filling, which means it packs extra calories and a lot of added sugars. For context, this dish has as much sugar as about three small bags of M&Ms (or 152 pieces).
Milk 'n' Cookies
Milk and cookies are definitely more of a winter holiday treat, but who says it's wrong to get cozy by the fireplace a little bit early this year? Made with Oreo cookie crumbles, powdered sugar, cereal milk mousse, and drizzled with vanilla sauce, these pancakes are by far the most fattening of the seasonal bunch, clocking in with nearly 100% of the recommended dietary allowance of saturated fat. If you do order these, consider splitting it with another person (or two).
