For her post-workout AM meal, the 29-year-old newlywed steams two eggs over easy style, and tosses some sliced avocado and tomato onto her plate for a healthy dose of muscle-building protein as well as monounsaturated fats and lycopene. She washes it all down with a cup of English Breakfast Tea splashed with skim milk and sweetened with stevia.

Julianne is a big fan of apple pie, so her trainer Harley Pasternak prescribed her a dessert-inspired smoothie that calls for five raw almonds, a red apple, a small frozen banana, 6 ounces of fat free plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup almond milk, ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

The newlywed's flat ab lunch consists of a mixed green salad topped with protein-packed skinless chicken breast, tomatoes, cucumbers, hearts of palm, almonds, edamame, banana peppers. She keeps her dressing light with and olive oil and squeezed lemon.
