But Dr. Anthony Fauci, the chief medical advisor to the President and the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, did recently give it a name: post-acute sequelae SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC). He also announced $1.15 billion in funding to study PASC, which can result in fatigue, migraines, post-exertional malaise and some of 98 symptoms or more.
