These Are the Most Embarrassing Food Habits in America, Survey Finds

However, for some people, it's not just having those poor table manners pointed out that can cause them to break out in a full-body blush—it's what they're eating that can be the source of some serious embarrassment, especially if they're indulging their particular food vices around others.
In a new survey combining data from Instacart sales trends and responses to The Harris Poll questions from over 2,000 Americans, Instacart has come up with a definitive list of the most embarrassing food habits in America—and yes, unsurprisingly, mayonnaise plays a major role.
