Taco Bell just keeps getting better. After a slew of exciting announcements, including the return of the potato items and the debut of the chicken sandwich taco, the fast-food chain has announced even more innovation we can look forward to. And the best part? Many of the new items will be on the $1 menu.

The new $1 items are currently being tested at select locations. At several Columbus, Ohio restaurants, Taco Bell fans can try three new spicy beef tacos. The Mild Jalapeño starts off with the lowest level of heat. The Medium Chipotle Taco packs a little more spice, while the hottest, the White Hot Ranch Taco, features ghost chili peppers to set your mouth on fire, before cooling it off with a bit of buttermilk.

Meanwhile, in Kansas City, Mo., customers can test two new Primo Burritos. The Loaded Taco Primo Burrito features beef, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and crispy red tortilla strips for an added crunch. The heftier Chicken Enchilada Primo Burrito includes marinated chicken, rice, cheese, sour cream, and enchilada sauce wrapped in a flour tortilla, and is also on the value menu for $1.49.

Feeling fancy? Taco Bell is also testing some higher price point items that still won't break the bank.

Restaurants in Houston, Texas are offering Grilled Cheese Stackers for $2.49. This item includes three beef-, shredded cheese-, and nacho cheese-filled layers of tortillas, and it looks suspiciously like the TikTok quesadilla trend.

Grilled cheese–lovers will also be thrilled to hear that Chicken Enchilada Grilled Cheese Burrito, which is being tested in Cleveland, Ohio. This intense food mashup features chicken, rice, shredded cheese, crunchy red tortilla strips, sour cream, and enchilada sauce all wrapped in a flour tortilla like a burrito that is then coated in grilled cheese. So you're basically getting three different items in one for $2.99.

Finally, a series of Stacked Bowls are also being tested in Portland, Ore. The Stacked Taco Bowl for $4.49 includes a double-portion of beef, refried beans, purple cabbage, lettuce, crispy red tortilla strips, sour cream, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and guacamole on a bed of rice. The Stacked Avocado Ranch Chicken Bowl, also $4.49, includes a double-portion of chicken, black beans, purple cabbage, lettuce, shredded cheese, and avocado ranch sauce all over rice. Last but not least, the pricier Stacked Steak Melt Bowl, which is $4.99, includes a double portion of steak, black beans, red tortilla strips, tomatoes, creamy chipotle sauce, a double serving of cheese, and rice.

If these items are popular, they might give the recently brought back Quesalupa a run for its money!
