Even though summer isn't officially over, beloved grocery stores are already stocking their shelves with autumn essentials. At Trader Joe's, fans have already spotted a variety of apple and pumpkin products inside their neighborhood stores. (For the record, "Pumpkin Palooza" isn't until Sept. 7.)
Here are the fall foods and beverages that TJ's shoppers can get their hands on right now. And for more information about what's in stock at this popular supermarket, check out our list of 6 items that Trader Joe's is discontinuing.
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bites
Oatmeal is super popular these days—and for good reason! It's an option that's healthy, filling, and completely customizable.
One of TJ's newest items reimagines this beloved breakfast food as a bite-sized frozen dessert. Like Instagram user @traderjoeslist, the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bites also remind us of donut holes. One package of treats only costs $3.99, and you can cook them in an air fryer.
Pumpkin Overnight Oats
If a warm bowl of oatmeal is your go-to breakfast, TJ's has a fall-forward option with your name on it. For the low price of $1.99, you can snag a pack of Pumpkin Overnight Oats. This gluten-free item contains rolled oats with pumpkin puree and spices.
One fan commented that it "tastes just like eating pumpkin pie for breakfast!" Another agreed—and they weren't wild about it. We can't help but wonder what it tastes like paired with a fresh cup of coffee . . .

Holiday Round Challah

"Holiday Challah is similar to brioche. The main difference is the use of oil instead of butter," TJ's says of this seasonal item. "Ultimately, the baked result is very similar—yellow-hued crumb that is soft, moist, and mildly sweet."
Pair this bread with apples, honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon—and you have one cozy afternoon snack.
Trader Joe's Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Beverages

This item technically isn't only in-stock once leaves start to fall, but it's the perfect sip for those pre-fall days when you crave something sweet but also refreshing. There are two varieties—Ginger Lemon and Lemon Strawberry—that include sparkling water, apple juice, and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
TJ's poses the question, "What can't apple cider vinegar do?" We have answers, dear reader—Secret Side Effects of Taking Apple Cider Vinegar, Says Science.
