There's a reason the Mini Hold the Cone Ice Cream Cones at Trader Joe's made it on the list of the top five favorite desserts at the grocery chain last year: It's a true fan-favorite. Now, there's a new flavor to fall in love with! That's right, folks: Coffee Bean Mini Hold The Cone ice creams are officially in stores.

The tiny treats feature coffee bean ice cream in a chocolate cone that's topped with a chocolatey coating. Instagram account @traderjoeslist posted about the find recently, and it's safe to say people are excited. We are, too, because they're actually a great option when you're craving something sweet! As always, dessert is best in moderation—but it's the size of this sweet that we love. One box has eight treats inside, but one serving is three cones. Together, they contain 250 calories, 14 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat, 33 grams of carbs, and 20 grams of sugar. But that's also three cones, and those numbers go down if you only have one at a time.

True, it's hard to have just one! So let's do some math and say you have two instead of three. That's only 167 calories, 9 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 22 grams of carbs, and 13 grams of sugar. And that makes things more manageable! But keep watching the saturated fat count — the American Heart Association recommends consuming less than 13 grams in one day.
