Rosé Paloma Cocktail

Can't decide between a glass of rosé or a cocktail? Why not have both!

With this cocktail recipe, you're getting the best of both worlds. Thanks to Cupcake Vineyards, you can mix up a refreshing drink with a bottle of rosé. This rosé Paloma cocktail is the perfect drink to have on a hot, summery day. Pair with some fish tacos for dinner or simply a bowl of chips and guacamole for a happy hour appetizer.

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

1/8 cup Cupcake Vineyards Rosé
1.5 oz. tequila
1/2 cup watermelon juice
1 tsp. agave nectar
1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
Grapefruit club soda
Salt for the rim
Watermelon wedges for garnish

How To Make It

  1. Add lime to the rim of a serving glass and salt. Combine Cupcake Vineyards Rosé, tequila, agave, lime juice, and watermelon juice with ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake and strain over ice.
  3. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with watermelon. Cheers!
