According to Whole Foods Culinary content coordinator Molly Siegler, shopping at Whole Foods on Wednesdays could save you a lot of dough. “That's the day our sales for the previous week and the coming week overlap, so there are tons of discounts storewide," she explains to Business Insider. “New weekly sales start on Wednesday and run through the following Wednesday, so there are actually double sales every Wednesday!" she explains. You heard her: clear your Wednesday evenings and head to the store.
If you can’t make it the market mid-week, be sure to check out the The Whole Deal online coupon booklet. Every week Whole Foods features discounts on everything from yogurt and vitamins to organic tea, polenta and plant-based protein powder. Just print off the ones you want to use and bring them to the store. (If you tend to be forgetful, store the printed coupons in an app like Snip Snap). You can also have the coupons delivered via email.
