Dr. Karen Henrichsen, D.O., joined CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Anderson, SC after seven years at the NCH Physician's Group in Naples, Florida. A 15-year veteran of the healthcare industry, Dr. Henrichsen received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at Union Hospital in Union, N.J. She is board certified in internal medicine, and is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including Rudy Wadle Award for excellence in medicine and The Violet E. Sutula Memorial Osteopathic Scholarship from the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Henrichsen enjoys working with patients and motivating them to make positive, healthy lifestyle changes. In her off time, she does yoga and cross stitch, and spends a lot of time in the kitchen.
