Katherine Brooking MS, RD is registered dietitian, nutrition writer/influencer and media spokesperson. Katherine has been a nutrition contributor to top-tier national morning shows including the TODAY show, The Early Show on CBS, The Dr. Oz Show, Good Morning America Health as well as dozens of local affiliate stations across the country.

As a writer, she has contributed to Eat This, Not That, SELF Magazine, Prevention, Cooking Light, WebMD and Woman's Day and other dozens of other leading health and wellness publications.
