Dr. Mike Bohl is the Director of Medical Content & Education at Ro, the healthcare technology company powering the digital health clinics Roman, Rory, Ro Mind, and Ro Derm. Dr. Bohl oversees the Medical Content & Education Team, where he produces and reviews public-facing articles, patient and provider education materials, and video. He was instrumental in launching Health Guide, Ro's health information destination, which provides medically-backed, approachable health content for patients. He is a passionate believer that media can be one of the primary driving forces that makes a positive impact on health on a global scale. Prior to joining Ro, Dr. Bohl was a resident physician at NYU Langone Health with a focus on community health. He attended Brown University for medical school and later earned a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Master of Liberal Arts in the field of Journalism from Harvard University Extension School. He is certified by the National Board of Public Health Examiners, the American Medical Writers Association, and the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences. Dr. Bohl's work has been published in several peer-reviewed medical journals, and his expertise has also been featured in publications including Health, HuffPost, and Best Life.
