Emilia Benton

Emilia is a freelance writer and editor living in her hometown of Houston. She received her B.A. in journalism with minors in Spanish and women's studies from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. In addition to Eat This, Not That!, her work has been published by Runner's World, Women's Health, SELF, SHAPE, Healthline, the Houston Chronicle, and POPSUGAR, among others. She is also a nine-time marathoner, frequent traveler, and avid amateur baker.
