Kim Kardashian Just Shared The One Healthy Habit The Whole Family Shares

The 41-year-old took Vogue on a tour of her Calabasas home and revealed a diet secret.

We've all been Keeping Up with the Kardashians long enough to guess that Kim Kardashian's most prized possessions include a childhood trunk of memories that Kris Jenner saved, North's paintings and art, and three monochromatic luxury vehicles. But there's one thing on her list that many may not suspect.

The Skims founder just took Vogue inside her Calabasas estate for the latest episode of "Objects of Affection," in which she opens up about the tranquil nature of her home. "Everything in my house is really minimal," Kim explains. "I find that there's so much chaos out in the world that when I come home I want it to be really quiet, and I want everything to feel calming."

That calming nature doesn't end with the four walls of her home, however, it continues throughout her property. During the 7-minute home tour, after showing Vogue through her "cream house," Kim takes the crew outside. Just past her one-of-a-kind full-length basketball court and all-black gym is a "meadow."

"The other place out here that I really wanted to show you guys is our meadow up there," the 41-year-old says. "So if you go up there you'll see a huge vegetable garden… so many trees."

According to Kim, the family grows all of their own fruits and vegetables. "We pick them and eat them just from there," she adds.

This healthy diet habit doesn't stop with just her four children, however. "We do it together as a family. All of the cousins come over and we have little baskets."

"They just see how you really can like farm and eat it," the mother of four adds.

Of course, not all of us have the luxury of the land, time, and resources required to have a private vegetable garden, but if you do, this is one of the best ways to get healthy and fresh servings of fruit and vegetables into your diet.
