Collier, a native New Yorker, comes from a background that brings out her food obsession. Some of her earliest memories include waking up to the smell of a homemade Guatemalan breakfast sizzling in the kitchen, followed by Coq Au Vin for dinner. This brought out her passion for nutritious cooking and eating—tinkering with famous dishes to give them a healthier spin. Collier holds an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in English, Journalism, and Creative Writing. Since graduating, she’s spent her time immersed in food media and loving it, additionally writing for publications like People Food and Delish.
