The flapjacks are made with real pumpkin and a blend of warm spices before getting topped off with a decorative whipped topping. The seasonal stack retails for $4.99 and clocks in at 600 calories per four-count—and that’s before you drizzle on the syrup.
Not so into the whole pumpkin spice craze? IHOP also offers the Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes, which features four buttermilk pancakes stuffed with a creamy cinnamon roll filling, then topped with cream cheese icing and a whipped topping. This cinnamon-packed breakfast will cost you a beltline-busting 860 calories, 28 grams of fat (10 grams of saturated fat, a half gram of trans fat), 1,970 milligrams of sodium, 136 grams of carbs (6 grams of fiber, 70 grams of sugar), and 16 grams of protein. Choose this dish, and you’ll consume two salted soft pretzels’ worth of sodium and 3-and-a-half Snickers bars’ worth of sugar!

“Every year, our guests eagerly await the return of our seasonal pancakes: Pumpkin Spice, Cinn-A-Stack, and a new combination of the two this year, Pumpkin Cinn-A-Stacks, which tastes just like a pumpkin pie and a cinnamon roll married and had a food baby,” Brad Haley, Chief Marketing Officer of IHOP, said in a press release.
