These honestly couldn't be easier to make.

Don't let the grill have all the excitement! These chef's salad-style eggs on a stick have all the fun of grilled kabobs, without the need to actually fire up the grill. In fact, there's no heat required for this easy recipe—just build the skewers, and you're good to go.

In addition to hard-boiled eggs, these skewers feature tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, romaine, and deli turkey slices. The colorful veggies make the skewers look as good as they taste; you'll have your dinner guests coming back for more.

Whether you're trying to get salad-averse kids to eat their veggies or you're just looking to add a little more fun into your meal prep, these skewers are the perfect solution. And with just 159 calories each, these eggs on a stick make the perfect appetizer, too. You'll get 17 grams of satiating protein, but you won't be too full to enjoy your main course.

And if you're still having trouble convincing your family members to give this chef's salad-inspired dish a try, you can also serve the skewers with a side of ranch dressing to dip them in. There's a reason Kraft is calling ranch dressing "salad frosting"—it just makes raw veggies taste that much better. Just dip each veggie or egg portion into the dressing as you take them off the skewer, and voila: You've got a deconstructed salad the whole family can enjoy.
