  • Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • Trader Joe's Grilled Chicken Breast
  • Trader Joe's Basil Pesto
  • Trader Joe's Mini Pearl Grape Tomatoes

Instructions:

  • Heat up a teaspoon of cooking oil in a pan—preferably olive oil. Add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes or until no longer frozen.

Instructions:

Ingredients

  • Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • Trader Joe's Large White Eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion

Instructions:

  • Heat up a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes or until no longer frozen.
  • Once cooked through, add the diced bell peppers and onion. Continue to cook until the hash has become crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • In a separate pan, cook fried eggs. To do so, melt butter in a small non-stick pan, then crack the eggs into it. If you want sunny-side up, leave the eggs until the tops are cooked through. If you want fried eggs, flip the eggs after 2 minutes.
