Apple Balsamic Flatbread

While this apple balsamic flatbread is closer to a pizza compared to the rest of these original creations, it is unique simply because it doesn't have a sauce base. Instead, this flatbread is lined with slices of sharp cheddar cheese and sprinkled with sweet and salty toppings to balance it out. This flatbread is the perfect appetizer for a dinner party, or pair it with a healthy salad and glasses of Trader Joe's wine for an easy weeknight dinner for two.
