Wendy's Is Launching Four Exciting New Items In November

The burger darling is getting on the fried cheese bandwagon.

Wendy's is whipping up a new holiday treat, plus adding two new sandwiches and new fries to the menu this month.

According to several leaks on Reddit and internal documentation leaked to The Fast Food Post, four new items will be hitting the chain's nationwide locations as early as Nov. 15. Wendy's is set to launch a seasonal Peppermint Frosty, along with an Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger, and Garlic Fries.

The Peppermint Frosty will be a combination of peppermint syrup mixed into a vanilla Frosty base, Fast Food Post reported. The holiday-themed dessert will be replacing the highly criticized Strawberry Frosty that currently sits on the menu (next to the long-lived classic, chocolate).

Burger King, Popeyes, and Others Pull Out of Major Expansion Plans With This Company

Talks of the Peppermint Frosty have begun to surface on social media platforms—such as Tik Tok and Twitter—where many fans are saying they're eager to give it a try.

Popular Tik Tok content creator,@snackolator, posted a video with over 17,000 views discussing the new Frosty launch with one user commenting, "I'll be there daily," while another said, "Excittttted! I love peppermint ice cream!"

Rounding out the Made to Crave line, the two new sandwiches will have double the mozzarella—a slice of melted mozzarella and a warm and gooey piece of fried mozzarella. They'll also be slathered in marinara sauce, all held together between a buttery garlic knot bun.

These soon-to-come Italian mozzarella sandwiches have been compared to Culver's Curderburger, and have been timed perfectly as the Midwestern creation is about to leave the Culver's menu.

Any of these can be ordered with Wendy's new fancy new garlic fries—classic fries with a generous sprinkling of garlic seasoning.

Before picking up the first Peppermint Frosty of the season, be sure to purchase a Frosty Key Tag, also making a comeback this year. You can buy a $2 Key Tag to contribute to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, and in turn, receive a FREE Jr. Frosty with every purchase for all 365 days of the year!
