Molly Hembree, MS, RD, LD, is a nationally recognized registered dietitian. For the past decade, she has been a sought-out speaker and presenter for conferences, speaking engagements, and other public appearances on behalf of her work within the grocery industry. Molly has delivered more than 100 professional food and nutrition presentations, including live TV segments, and specializes in plant-based nutrition, product knowledge, and food labeling.

Molly has supported or led many consumer projects and programs, including a nutrition scoring tool, employee wellness program, national lifestyle change program, an original POP (point-of-purchase) clinical research study, and a retail dietitian program. She also provides 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling. Molly is a regular author for an organic grocery eCommerce company, a top retail food industry magazine, and for the nation's largest grocer.

She is a Diabetes Prevention Program Certified Lifestyle Coach for the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Dartmouth College, and has a certificate in Supermarket Business Dietetics by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Molly holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati, was a "Produce for Better Health" Supermarket Dietitian of the Year, and has a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
