Goldie Hawn's Workout Routine Is Beyond Impressive

The 76-year-old's fitness habits are major goals.

If you're up for some wellness inspiration, look no further than Goldie Hawn's Instagram page for some solid advice. She looks her absolute best at 76 years old, and it's clear that Hawn's fitness and healthy eating habits are complete and utter #goals. Keep reading to learn more and see what this celeb has on deck.

Goldie Hawn's diet is all about healthy eating and simple, light meals that are free of dairy, sugar, and wheat, according to the Manchester Evening News. Breakfast begins every day with Hawn's favorite green juice, which is chock-full of goodness. It's prepared with kale, green peppers, parsley, and celery, Good Housekeeping reports.

The star thinks people eat too much in general and doesn't eat very much herself. She shares with PEOPLE (via Good Housekeeping), "I do a lot of juicing, I don't put a lot of food in my stomach and I don't mix my foods too much. So if I want to have like protein I'll just eat a bowl of lentils, I won't mix it with a bunch of stuff." She also includes a lot of green veggies in her meals.

Hawn's fitness game is also very on point. The celeb recently shared a workout video with her 3.4 million followers that's a must-watch. She captioned the post with some fitness motivation, writing, "Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing. Physical exercise can help boost our mood, concentration, and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life. The great news is that exercise doesn't have to be strenuous or take a long time to make us feel good. Studies show low or moderate intensity exercise is enough to make a difference in our mood, behavior and thinking patterns. The levels of chemicals in the brain, such as serotonin, stress hormones and endorphins, can change after just a few minutes of a light workout! Recent research also indicates that exercise decreases sleep complaints and insomnia, and also improves our coping ability and self-esteem. We all know the physical benefits of exercise but it can also profoundly impact our mental health in an amazing way."

The fit celeb kicks off her workout by jumping on a mini trampoline, which she says is a really great exercise for your lymph system. She suggests adding weights to your routine as well, and making do with what you have. Her recommendation? If you don't have weights, a couple of bottles of wine can do the trick just fine! "They both weigh about the same thing," she says.

Next on deck in Hawn's video is walking—both forward and backward. It's a great source of cardio and totally nurturing for the mind. "Walking is the most important thing you can possibly do," she explains, adding, "When you walk backwards, you're using a whole different part of your brain. It's amazing." The celeb then wraps up her session sitting cross-legged, and tells her followers to always relax and "thank yourself for taking time for you today."

This celeb loves getting active on the regular. She's a bike rider, and on her Instagram page, you'll also see Goldie Hawn on a nature walk/hike with partner Kurt Russell, enjoying a quick sweat sesh on her mini trampoline, and golfing with son Oliver Hudson. Heck—she even loves dancing around while doing the dishes, captioning one of her videos, "Washing dishes doesn't have to be a chore, it can be a dance! It's all up to us." When speaking of golf in another caption, Hawn notes, "Golf is another way to experience mindfulness."
