A recent video on the celeb's Instagram reveals a truly selfless, beautiful act Johnson did for his cousin and pro wrestler, Sarona Snuka. (Get ready for all the happy tears!) The Rock surprised this loved one from day one with a brand spanking new home. The act of kindheartedness generated more than 1.6M likes on the 'gram, and we are major fans of this celeb's beautiful gesture. He captioned the beginning of the post, "Hard to explain these emotions for all of us as I led @saronasnukawwe thru her new door. This one felt good. Surprise cuz—enjoy your new home!!"

Earlier this month, The Rock bestowed the same home sweat home kind of love to his mom by gifting her a new house, too. The video was captioned with, "Love you mom and surprise. When I was a little boy, I hated when my mom would cry ~ these days, I'll happily take her tears of joy … I surprised my mom and bought her a new home. Took me and my design team 8 weeks to get it ready, where she could walk thru her front door for the very first time and everything she saw was brand new and a total surprise." Pretty awesome, right?

He trains hard for roles and knows the importance of healthy post-workout fuel

When it comes to working out and motivating those around him, it's clear The Rock totally knows how it's done. He hits the gym hard and often. He described the workouts he did to gear up for his starring role in DC's Black Adam, writing on Twitter, "Incredible journey. Hardest undertaking of my entire career physically & mentally. Worth every second." Johnson stars as antihero Black Adam, and the film is scheduled to come out in Oct. 2022.

According to Men's Health, Johnson kicked off each day with some cardio to prep for the role. He focused on his biceps and back on Mondays and targeted his shoulders in the middle of the week. Thursdays were all about the biceps and back once again, utilizing tri-sets, supersets, and "giant sets," as the celeb called them. The Rock trained his triceps and chest on Fridays, and his legs on Saturdays (think barbell squats and chain lunges).

To fuel up, he prepared a protein shake after workouts, filled with electrolytes, protein powder, carbohydrate powder, creatine, and apple. He would typically follow that up with greens, rice, and a chicken breast. "Don't overlook the importance of getting in your protein/carb/sugar immediately after your workout. It's that critical time where your muscles will optimally absorb these nutrients after you've torn the muscles down from your workout," Johnson says.

To live a healthy lifestyle, maintain an admirable physique, and prepare for roles, it seems like much of The Rock's intense training regimen is performed in his home gym—aka, what he dubbed the "Iron Paradise"—which he's given fans plenty of glimpses of on the 'gram. The celeb has additional spaces for training, too, at his properties across the country.

He's full of inspirational quotes

Johnson seems to constantly switch up his routine on the 'gram and always shares the best inspiration and sound advice in his captions. A few days ago, he posted a workout pic, captioning it with, "Living in that 'uncomfortable zone' is always a good place to be—for any business or industry you're in or whatever goals you need to accomplish. Set your tone with strong intention and have a productive week, my friends."

Another fitness post shows The Rock performing some pretty impressive leg training—the 5th and last Giant Set after doing five exercises back-to-back with no pause—captioned with, "I like saving my most grueling work out for my last (usually falls on a Sat or Sun). It becomes a forcing mechanism all week because I know the storm of leg training is coming (emojis)."

He's a proud dad

Did we mention The Rock is a great, proud dad, too? One of our favorite posts is a morning selfie video, complete with a penciled-in curly cue mustache, courtesy of his four- and six-year-old kids. His caption reads, "It was quite the challenge to lay in bed this morning pretending to still be fast asleep while tiny footsteps come running in, giggling and whispering…then slowly but not subtly crawl on my bed—and proceed to draw on my face."

Johnson also posted the sweetest Father's Day video, sharing how proud he is to be a dad and thanking his children, "Jazzy and Tia," for their kindness and love that makes his heart "melt." He wrote, "I walked thru the front door and my little tornadoes ambushed me with love and singing … You have no idea how much this Father's Day gesture means to me. One day you will. To be kind is a powerful gift. You both are boundlessly gifted with kindness, passion and love and that's how the world will one day hear from you."
