Khloe Kardashian Reveals Her Exact Butt and Abs Workout
Khloe Kardashian has undergone an amazing physical transformation in recent years and has maintained her new look with a steady regimen of healthy meals and exercise. Now, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is opening up about the exact workout routine she follows to stay in such amazing shape. To get her blood pumping and loosen up before her workout, Khloe opts for a quick warmup on a stair climber.

She follows her warmup with a combination of ab work and squats.
After warming up, Khloe dives right in for her the first set of weight-bearing workouts. This includes "10 weighted squats with your heel at an angle; 10 deadlifts; 10 kneeling lat pull downs keeping your abs tight, shoulders down but get the full stretch; 10 seated shoulder press…back straight/ abs engaged; 1 min of jump roping…[and] 30 seconds of hanging abs," a circuit she repeats four times in total.

She follows this with an upper body workout with some ab-focused moves.
After completing the first circuit, Khloe moves on to an upper body workout with a few moves that target her abs and legs, as well.
"Next we did 10 single arm snatches with a 20 pound weight 10 times on each side; 10 front weighted squats—back straight, traps down, tummy tight; 10 rows with 25 pound weights; 15 kettlebell tricep pushes; 30 second side gallops on each side—a total of one minute; [and] 20 weighted abs with a 20 pound sand ball," she explained, noting that she also completed this circuit four times.
She rounds out her workout with burpees.
To complete her training routine, Khloe does a circuit of 10 weighted burpees and 10 mountain climbers. Like the previous circuits, she also does this one four times.
