In a new interview with Men's Health, Crews reveals that he typically doesn't eat first thing in the morning. "When I wake up, the first thing I do is have a glass of water…and I put amino acid powder inside—I like to call it stardust," he tells the publication. He follows this with coffee made with a little bit of coconut oil, but steers clear of solid food until later in the day.

When Crews breaks his fast, he typically loads up on protein-rich foods, like eggs and bacon with a side salad.

The star also admits that he'll sometimes forgo those breakfast staples in favor of a charcuterie board with cheese, salami, almonds, and bread. He also enjoys an afternoon protein shake to stay full.

While he typically sticks to low-carb meals earlier in the day, by dinnertime, Crews is ready for some carbs.

"I'll have my bread; I'll have some pasta. [But], a great dinner for me would be bison ribeye, sweet potatoes, and broccoli," says Crews.

He ends the day with dessert.
