Oddly enough, the one thing we can easily size up — our fast-food meal — has the same effect on the one thing we don't want to grow: our waistlines. While Sonic may not be the official home of the supersized meal, their burgers certainly follow the pattern, ranging from "junior" to "super." The difference between them: a cool 900 calories.

If you're wondering how these two stack up, the SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger lives up to its name, stacking double the patties of its junior and clocking in at more than triple the calories. With only two burgers under 450 calories on the menu, this "best" was an easy bet. If the Jr. Burger sounds a little — well, little — upgrade to a Jr. Deluxe Burger for a mere 20 calories and 3 grams of fat extra. This souped-up version adds a little crunch thanks to some extra veggies and a bit of decadence from a dollop of mayo, but will still keep your meal under 450 calories. Sonic says it best themselves: These junior burgers prove you don't have to be big and fancy—or caloric—to be SONIC good.
