One silver lining to emerge from coronavirus-related lockdown is the golden age of cooking at home and how-to recipe videos. They're being shared like crazy on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as countless wannabe chefs, famous restaurant owners, and even celebs are documenting the creations they're making at home.

Whether it's the "greatest" peanut butter and jelly sandwich ever made, or a fancy version of grilled riced potatoes (galette!), there's sure to be something going viral around the internet that can inspire your next kitchen session.

With that in mind, here are a handful of our favorite recipes everyone's been sharing during lockdown:

What better resource for quarantine cooking but a TikTok channel called "the quarantine cooking show"? Check this quick and easy video for bucatini carbonara!

Caramel Popcorn

It's easy enough to make popcorn on your stovetop, but Instagram user @bombaysfoodie shows it's just as easy to make far more delicious caramel popcorn on her YouTube channel.

And last but not least, the Dalgona!

If there is a "breakaway hit" from the coronavirus self-quarantine, it is the "dalgona." The frothy sweet whipped beverage treat is made with instant coffee, sugar, and a dairy product of your choice. But, not everyone loves caffeine or dairy, so here is a chocolate version made with coconut milk!
