Working out is important to this celeb. Martial arts is such a great way to strengthen her body and check off a solid cardio workout. According to Celeb Health Magazine, Gisele Bündchen has practiced Kung Fu for quite some time, in addition to Pilates, dance, and resistance band workouts. The celeb wrote in her book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, "Some people exercise to get a great body. I exercise for sanity and clarity, too" (via Insider).

These workouts are in addition to all the exercise that comes along with being an involved, active mom to her three children, Benjamin, Vivian, and Jack. Oh, and we're not done yet! This inspiring model also loves to surf and ski seasonally.

Bündchen enjoys meditation while performing Hatha yoga (her favorite kind of yoga, according to Insider) to guide her body and mind. When speaking of yoga in her book, Bündchen explained that this form of exercise can be incredibly helpful. She wrote, "Whether it involves music or mantras or breath work or meditation, it's a powerful and beautiful spiritual practice. Yoga gave me back my life." She added, "It's so serene that I can be in a state of meditation while practicing. Plus a gentle practice works best for me since I do everything else in my life with intensity."

The 5'11" fashion model's diet of plant-based foods includes natural products, along with minimal dairy and meat, according to Marie Claire. Bündchen is a fan of sipping juice in the AM, which is typically a combo of veggies and fruit, coconut milk, ginger, and turmeric. Warm water with pressed lemon is a morning staple as well, "to balance the body's alkaline levels and kick-start the digestive system" (via Vogue France). Lunch is usually a heartwarming soup with veggies or a salad. Bündchen also enjoys putting together platters of seasonal, fresh fruit for snacks, including strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, and blueberries.

Vitamins are important, even for Bündchen!

Vitamins are important to help your body work to its best potential; they also help you grow, according to Livestrong. If you don't give your body the right amount, you put yourself at risk of infection, tiredness, and more. To provide her body with proper nutrients, Bündchen makes sure to bring her vitamins with her wherever she's off to, specifically vitamin K2 and vitamin D3, Vogue reports. She says, "I believe that as much as we [should] nourish our bodies through food first, then you can supplement with vitamin D or zinc, or different things that are good for us."
