Garner does some seriously fancy footwork in her box jump workout video

Above all, it's clear that Garner likes to have a great time in everyday life. It's easy to see the star's active, bubbly personality when taking a look at Garner's Instagram account, where she has 12.9M followers. The celeb's recent video of her box jump workout routine gained a lot of attention. Garner posted it to show all the love to Nicely for her birthday, captioning the clip with, "Happy birthday, you beautiful little devil. (heart and devil emojis)," and it was not long before everyone shared some love, too. The post attracted more than 5.6K views, received likes from over 478K people, and raked in comments from people absolutely swooning over the duo's motivation and skill. Gwyneth Paltrow commented, "I'm winded watching that," and honestly so were we after checking it out!

In the video, Garner has her hair pulled back into a ponytail and is sporting black leggings, a T-shirt, and sneaks. The pair starts with a few claps and then begins showing some seriously fancy footwork, as we counted 12 aggressive jumps in the pair's routine with "Stronger" by Sam Feldt cranked up in the background. The segment ends with smiles and laughter, and, well, we wish we were there to join in on the fun.
