According to WSJ, Samantha Campbell, owner of Deep Relief Peak Performance Athletic Training Center in Maui, Hawaii is all about partner workouts. She and her spouse, Neil Turpin, have performed strength-building exercises you may like to try out with your significant other. After all, couples who exercise together are more inclined to stay with their consistent fitness plan.

Campbell suggests jumping rope or running in place while incorporating some high knees for extra cardio. Do this for 30 to 60 seconds in between the following exercises: partner planks, couch elbow boxing, strap side lunges, back twist pass, dead bug pillow toss, and one-leg balance broomstick switch.
