This is Kendall Jenner's Exact Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
While it's pretty obvious that Kendall Jenner does not know how to cut a cucumber (check out the hysterical clip from Hulu's The Kardashians of the supermodel trying her best to slice the veggie), she does eat very balanced meals.
She may not know how to prepare all of them herself, but the celeb does think very carefully about what she puts into her body. According to E! News, she keeps it clean: fruits, veggies, and lean proteins.
But she's also not afraid to enjoy some of her favorite carb-loaded foods every now and then, especially when she's on vacation with the Kardashian family.

Jenner kicks off her mornings with tea. "I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea," she told E! News. "I have like 12 cups a day." Wow, that's a lot of tea! But previous Eat This, Not That! reporting shows that tea has plenty of health benefits—it can boost your metabolism, improve brain health, and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Then, according to She Finds, the model's trainer revealed that she'll typically opt for avocado, eggs, and oatmeal. However, sometimes she'll sub oatmeal for toast. "I don't cook that much besides my standard eggs, avocado and toast breakfast," she told People. Either way, Jenner eats a full, balanced breakfast to keep her energized in the morning.
Jenner can't get enough of colorful salads for lunch. Although she doesn't post about food on Instagram very often these days, she used to share her midday meals all the time. According to Life & Style, the reality TV star shared an Instagram post of a salad with cucumber, grains, seeds, chopped lettuce, and corn. She also likes caprese salads, which she also posted a photo of on Instagram while traveling on the Amalfi Coast.
Sticking to her clean diet, Jenner loves grain bowls for dinner. She posted a photo on Instagram of one of her bowls with avocado, quinoa, and salad greens. And given her tequila brand, 818 Tequila, we also know that the influencer loves a good drink with dinner. She even shared her favorite Watermelon Margarita recipe on Poosh, which combines 818 Tequila, orange liqueur, chopped watermelon, agave nectar, and lime juice.
But Jenner doesn't always turn to her grain bowls in the evening. In fact, she's a pasta lover! The supermodel told People that she could eat pasta with peas for every meal. And when living it up in Italy, Kourtney Kardashian posted a photo of the two indulging in a delish plate of pasta. Cheat meals, every now and then, are a must for Jenner.
Jenner will always say "yes" to one of her snacking favorites. "Here's what will forever and always make my list: Twix, Justin's Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots," she wrote on her app, according to The Thirty. E! News also reports that she likes to snack on apples.
