Kardashian recently posted a picture on the cover of Vogue Hong Kong's April issue, and it shows the celeb rocking a bikini top, hand bling, and looking as sleek as ever. The post received over 1 million likes and awe-inspiring comments. One fan wrote, "Goddess," and we'd have to agree.

It's no wonder why the star looks as toned as she does with the workout she performs. Kim K's trainer, Melissa Alcantara, shared the star's fitness routine and more scoop with Stylecaster. Alcantara has 1M followers on Instagram herself and feels that when it comes to staying in amazing shape, it's hard work and a positive mindset. The trainer explains how important consistency is when it comes to working out, regardless of how misplaced you may feel. Consistent repetition when performing tough, uncomfortable moves will soon feel totally spot-on.

"It's crazy how big a part of my life [fitness] is," Alcantara revealed to StyleCaster. "It rolls into my life. If I accomplished something in the gym, I know I can do that in my career, I can do that in my relationships. I literally feel like I can do anything, which sometimes gets me in a lot of trouble. You almost feel invincible," Alcantara said, adding, "You don't have to know it all. You don't have to know everything."

Alcantara tells old and new fitness buffs, "Even people who've been doing this for a really long time, they're constantly evolving and changing even the way that they train. It's just going in there and I always say, respect where you are in your journey. If you're a beginner, you're a beginner. You can't move past that, you can't fast forward it, you can't do anything about it."

Alcantara says she's "always adding more weight" to Kim K's workout

As far as training Kim Kardashian? Alcantara uses the same philosophy with the star's tough fitness regimen as she does with her own workouts, saying, "I approach Kim's training just like mine. It's always adding more weight, some days we lift heavier than others. We focus sometimes on form. We focus sometimes on strength. But I'll be doing the same workout that she's doing later on in the day—hip thrusts, reverse lunges, chest press, shoulder press."

Kardashian records some of her fitness time by taking videos on the StairMaster, which you may have seen on her Instagram Stories. She's even previously given fans a look into her incredibly enviable home gym.

Elle Australia also noted that Kim K apparently works out six days each week, rising early at 5:30 a.m. to start her fitness regimen. Kardashian previously revealed to E! News (via People), "I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavy weights. I don't do a lot of cardio." She combines core strength and fitness endurance with being very diligent when it comes to eating the right things.

"My trainer Mel [Alcantara] always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals, since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat and carbs," Kim K stated via her paid app. Alcantara even went into Kim K's kitchen and removed all unhealthy and processed items, including graham crackers, vanilla wafers, and rice crispy treats.
