Beckham tells GRAZIA, "It's not about being a certain size. It's about knowing who you are and being happy with who you are." The celeb also shares, "It's an old-fashioned attitude, wanting to be really thin," adding, "I think women today want to look healthy, and curvy. They want to have some boobs—and a bum."

She goes on to say that one size really doesn't fit all, and she embraces the confidence and comfort women have in their own bodies and shape. Beckham reminisces about being in Miami in 2021, where she truly admired the women "who were really celebrating their curves" and exuded an air of confidence about their bodies. "They walk along Miami beach with not a lot of clothes on, and they look fantastic," she adds.

So, what does Victoria Beckham do to look so great at 48? She does weight lifting and works on sculpting muscle five to six days every week with the best partner, husband David Beckham, along with their personal trainer.

Although Victoria Beckham says weights have scared her in the past, she now reveals, "It turns out I love them. I've even got those special gloves to wear! It's good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I've got so much more muscle tone now."

Another goal of Beckham's is to achieve "as good a bottom as I can get," so she starts each morning off with a bunch of squats. Squats are known to be an excellent lower-body exercise for sculpting your glutes—if you do them right. To really work your glutes rather than your quads, bringing your hips back so that you assume a deep squat is key.

Beckham looks downright amazing, and her attitude is totally inspiring. She tells GRAZIA, "I have found my own balance between wanting to have fun and being disciplined about eating healthily and working out. When you're younger you fight against that balance, but through being older I've reached a place where I know what that balance looks like. I just know what works for me."
