These freezer staples will make dinner time so much easier, especially if you're stuck on what to make to keep things healthy and easy. This frozen fish is an easy way to make a filling meal that's really healthy.

These frozen shrimp bites can easily be eaten as a snack to tide you over until dinner or as a meal with some extra veggies and grains to fill out the meal.
"They contain 8 grams of protein in a six-bite serving and are low in saturated fat," Ruth says. "Plus, they are made with wholesome ingredients including edamame, broccoli, spinach, and chia seeds. In fact, you could even turn it into a meal by serving it alongside a hearty salad."
