Vonn is encouraging everyone to get involved in the #ChinDrip challenge

Vonn is all about staying fit, and she's clearly a dog lover. She recently posted a ski workout video with her adorable pups. Two of the pups were running beside her, and the third was in her arms while the pro skier did her workout up and along the slopes. The post was captioned, "Hiked up the mountain to get my #chindrip. Hope you guys are crushing it today. Tag me and @projectrock with your own chin drip! Let's go (muscle emoji)."

What's a chin drip? We were hoping you'd ask! Vonn has initiated the "chin drip" challenge, which she discusses in another Instagram video. The gold medalist challenges everyone to get to the gym, sweat it up, and work hard enough to make your chin drip. She captioned the post with, "After doing the chin drip for a while and getting inspired by all of your hard work…I think we should make #ChinDrip challenge a thing!"

Once an Olympic star, always a star. Vonn gave some motivation to Women's Health, too, which we can all use as inspiration as we head to the gym. "I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I'm healthier and more confident. I've achieved something, no matter how small," she says, adding that she finds comfort in going hard at the gym.
