You Can Now Get Irish Cream Cold Brew at Starbucks

Just in time for the holidays!

Winter is coming, and a new Starbucks cold brew is coming with it, too. It's called the Irish Cream Cold Brew, and it looks absolutely delicious.

Currently, Starbucks offers 12 different kinds of cold brews year-round. The coffee giant has already whipped up some delicious seasonal cold brew flavors this year (Who recalls the pumpkin cold brew from earlier this fall?), but this one is perfect for the holiday season.

Starting today, you can further bask in the holiday cheer with this creamy, festive drink. We get it—a cold, frothy coffee drink might not exactly sound like the most ideal winter beverage, especially for those who live in the frigid parts of the country. But it could be the salve you need to get through winter (especially if you're one of the millions of Americans affected by the first nor'easter of the season).

Starbucks' latest brainchild is perfect in its simplicity. It starts with a base of that world-famous cold brew, mixed with a few pumps of Irish Cream syrup (two for a Tall, three for a Grande, four for a Venti). Then, it's topped with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and dusted with a garnish of cocoa powder.

The blend of warming flavors—vanilla and cocoa—pair harmoniously with the cold brew's innate smoothness. It's this compatible mix of flavor and feeling that makes it a cold coffee beverage fit for even the harshest winter weather.

But that's not all that's new from Starbucks this holiday season. To celebrate the launch, Starbucks is offering a "happy hour" deal. For every Thursday through the end of the month, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Starbucks will be offering happy hour specials.

During these happy hour periods, customers will be able to enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free on any handcrafted beverage of their choice in sizes grande and up. There's only one catch: You have to download the Starbucks app to participate. But on the plus side, all of the company's much-loved holiday beverages are included, and the Irish Cream Cold Brew is, too.
