A lot of the most famous "I didn't know they carried that!" Walmart moments might occur in the fashion section, but guess what: You can find some trendy treasures in Walmart groceries, too. We've tracked down the Walmart groceries that have a few shoppers raving online to make your next trip to the grocery department a blast. (For real—we've got a few July 4th grabs in the bag that are both healthy and delicious.)

Vital Proteins Supplements
Shout out to Instagram's @WhoaWaitWalmart for tipping us off on these next few Walmart grocery items, starting with Vital Proteins gummies. If you're one of the many who love adding supplements to your diet, then you might be aware that deals on Vital Proteins products don't come along every day. @WhoaWaitWalmart shared that Vital Proteins gummies debuted on Walmart shelves last week, including Collagen Gummies, Beauty Gummies, and Women's Multi Gummies, Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, Immune Support Gummies, and Sleep Gummies. Availability for each varies between in-store and online.
If fireworks don't bring quite enough heat to your 4th of July, Pisqueya sauces could help fire things up. @WhoaWaitWalmart says you can find them near the seafood and select from three flavors: Smoky Hot, Spicy Sweet, or Medium Buzz. The peppers are sourced from Dominican Republic farms.
Cache Valley Creamery Cheese
If you're about to get your burger on, @WhoaWaitWalmart says Cache Valley Creamery cheese is a pleaser. We checked it out, and we're down with the simple ingredients in these cheeses. Don't miss We Tried 5 American Cheese Brands and This Is the Best.
Zespri Sungold Kiwis
Have you read One Major Effect of Eating Kiwi Every Day, Says New Study? The antioxidant properties in kiwis are powerful, which is just one reason to try the Zespri Sungold yellow kiwis at Walmart. (Lots of other reasons, from a registered nutrition and dietetic technician, are here!) Consider trying these mangos in this kiwi, cucumber, and mango salsa for the 4th weekend.
Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars
Yasso is a yes. If you're looking for a frozen sweet treat and want to be smart, fans of Yasso know: With live and active cultures, these low-fat and low-calorie yogurt bars are worth stocking up on at Walmart. Also check out the #1 best yogurt to eat, according to a dietitian.
Chick-fil-A Polynesian Sauce
Mild disclaimer here: There are eight grams of fat in a two-tablespoon serving of this Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce, and (now we're whispering), there's corn syrup in here. However, we know a lot of you love Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce, which the brand describes as a "delicious sweet and sour sauce with a strong, tangy flavor" with tomato, paprika, and mustard seed, along with other ingredients giving it flavor. Since we're heading for a holiday weekend, we'll loosen up the rules to remind you it's one of Walmart's July 4th promotions. Just remember, a little dab'll do ya.
AHA Sparkling Water
Walmart is carrying AHA, Coca-Cola's sparkling water brand. Zero calories, no sodium, and the flavor blends of this brand are what makes it stand out (think apple & ginger, black cherry & coffee, and strawberry & cucumber). And, currently $3.38 for an eight-pack, keeping these in the cooler is a great way to stay hydrated… and they might even make a fun mixer for an easy summer cocktail if you're 21 or older.
Kinder's Blackened with Cayenne and Lemon Rub
Kinder's rubs are a favorite of Costco members, too. If you love a blackened salmon or chicken but sometimes find it tough to get a homemade rub just right, this rub, currently on Walmart's site for $1.98, could save you a few steps before you throw things on the grill next weekend.
93% Lean/7% Fat Ground Beef Burgers
Four, four-ounce lean burgers are $6.48 at Walmart. (Hey Walmart? We'd love to see a meat alternative or two as part of the BBQ promos, too!)
