8 Extremely Easy Crock-Pot Freezer Meals: Just Dump-and-Go!

Simply throw these ingredients in a freezer bag, and you'll have a delicious slow cooker meal whenever you want.

Who doesn't love warming up with a good slow cooker meal? Especially if you can prep crock-pot freezer meals and save them for later!

Making crock-pot freezer meals is easy to do. You need to purchase some gallon-size plastic bags that work well in the freezer. Add in the ingredients (including the sauces) into the freezer bag and seal. Just make sure that the air is squeezed out of the bag before freezing them.

Before you plan on cooking the meal, you'll want to defrost the meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking it. Most of these crock-pot freezer meals call for added chicken, beef, or vegetable stock when you cook the meal. This would be added after dumping the bag of ingredients into the slow cooker, so make sure to read the instructions before turning the crock-pot on.
