The 30-Day Fit Moves Challenge will help you get moving so you can look better and get stronger and fitter than ever—in less than five minutes a day! The customized equipment-free training experience begins with a 3-minute fitness test that determines your level for each area of focus—core, upper and lower body. As you progress and improve, these settings can be easily adjusted, ensuring that you’ll always get the challenge you need to meet your goals. Next, you’ll choose when you want to do your workout each day—but don’t worry, there’s a “snooze” button incase you’re not ready to start moving at your scheduled time.
After you’re all set up, it’s time to start sweating! Each day for the 30 days, you’ll receive a guide for a targeted workout. The exercises are brought to life on the screen of the Apple Watch and iPhone apps and increase in difficulty over time, ensuring your progress never stalls.
