Rolled oats are a great way to ward off weight gain and slim down. In fact, people who eat oats as part of their breakfast feel full longer — even hours after their morning meal!
Overnight oats only take a few minutes to prep and are perfect for busy mornings. Just quickly throw it all together the night before and “voila!” In the AM, you have a nutritious meal that will keep you satiated until lunch.
Fresh berries add a boost of fiber and punch of vitamins, while the honey drizzle (use local honey, if you can!) adds a touch of natural sweetness while boosting your immune system. And many people consider matcha to be the ultimate weight loss tea — and for good reason. The powdered green tea leaves contain 137 times as much EGCG (a potent fat-burning antioxidant) as brewable green tea, according to a famous University of Colorado study from 2003.
