The fast-food giant recently confirmed that they’re trimming even more of the fat—metaphorically speaking, of course—from their menu. The first order of business: Slowly but surely phasing out their popular limited-run Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips.

Fans took to the Twittersphere to try and save the beloved dish, but The Golden Arches isn’t budging—and it’s for the better. The dish is a nutritional nightmare. In fact, one five-piece order of the dish had more than twice the calories, fat and sodium than the chain’s six-piece order of Chicken McNuggets. Yikes! While we aren’t in favor of regularly eating fast food, we understand that sometimes when a nugget craving strikes you’ve got to indulge, so we’re glad the better of the two chicken options is sticking around for the long haul.
